Returns Policy
- To be eligible for returns, the item(s) must be in its original conditions received, packed in its original polymailer, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
- If you do not have the original polymailer, you may use any other polymailer/carrier as long as the item(s) is securely sealed and with your name and order number indicated clearly at the front of the polymailer/carrier.
- Please retain your invoice for returns purposes. We will not be able to process any returns without verification of the invoices.
Returns Criteria
- Should you require a return, the request has to be submitted within 7 days from the time the parcel has been dispatched (local orders) or within 15 days from the time the parcel has been dispatched (international orders).
- All requests should be submitted via email at support@madebylumiere.com, with the original invoice and image of the defects / item(s).
- We do not accept return of item(s) unless the item(s) received is defective or does not match with the order.
- Any returns requests made on behalf by third parties will not be entertained.
- Returns are only applicable for orders placed directly from our website.
- We strongly urge customers to fulfil the returns request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity. No extensions will be allowed.
- Returns are only accepted after we have approved the request.
- Processing time for returns takes up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item(s) has been received.
- Colour and measurements of the item(s) are subject to minor deviation from the image due to settings of the location photos were taken as well as measurement method. Return and refund requests will not be entertained due to the above reasons.
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Item(s) purchased during sale campaigns
- Accessories, shoes
Refund
- Refund will be processed as soon as we received the item(s) at our facilities. Refund will be made via the orginal payment mode. The amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
- All defective item(s) must be verified by Lumière Studio before processing for refund.
- If the return item(s) is out-of-stock in other size / colour, buyer can choose to exchange for other item(s) with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item(s).

- Lumière Studio reserves the rights to:
- Assess, accept and reject or return and refund requests;
- Modify or replace the terms above at any time without prior notice;
- Make final decision at its own discretion in case of any dispute.
