Order & Delivery

  • Ready stock item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon notification and successful verification of payment.

1) Free Local Standard Shipping:

  • Lumière Studio provides free standard shipping for all Singapore orders.
  • Tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery is expected to complete within 2-3 working days (working days exclude weekends and public holidays) after the order has been dispatched.

2) Free International Standard Shipping (Malaysia only):

  • Lumière Studio provides free international standard shipping to Malaysia.
  • Tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery is expected to complete within 3-7 working days for WM and 7-14 working days for EM, subjected to custom clearance and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Kindly note that for international orders, taxes or duty fees may apply. The charges will be borne by the customer.
  • For shipment to other international destinations, kindly place the order via Instagram (@madebylumiere). 

3) Delivery of Preorder Item(s):

  • Preorder item(s) are being shipped approximately 10-14 working days after order confirmation. The timeline given is solely an approximation. Cancellations of such orders are not available and not refundable.
  • If other ready stock item(s) are placed together in the same order as preorder item(s), all items will only be dispatched when the preorder item(s) arrives. If you would like your ready stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly place the order separately.
  • Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate deliveries.
  • Kindly ensure that the right colour / size of the correct item(s) have been selected before proceeding to check out.
  • Kindly note that for any amendments to preorder item(s) are strictly not allowed. We sincerely seek for your understanding.

4) Self Collection (Singapore only):

  • For self collection, kindly select "Pickup" option upon checkout. Kindly leave Whatsapp number in the remark section for arrangement*. We will reach out via Whatsapp once the item is ready for collection.
