Order & Delivery

  • Ready stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon notification and successful verification of payment.

1) Express Local Shipping:

  • Express shipping is charged at a fixed rate of S$4. 
  • All Express shipping comes with tracking number.
  • Delivery is expected to complete within 1-2 working days upon order confirmation.
  • For add-on orders, kindly select "Pickup" option upon checkout. Kindly leave the existing order number in the remark section. If order number is not present, the order will be processed as self collection.

2) Standard International Shipping (Malaysia only):

  • Standard international shipping to West Malaysia (WM) is charged at a fixed rate of S$4. For East Malaysia (EM) the shipping is charged at S$5 (first kg), S$2 (every 0.5kg).
  • Delivery is expected to complete within 3-7 working days for WM* and 5-13 working days for EM*, excluding customs clearance and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.
    • *Does not apply if there is preorder item(s) in the order.
  • Kindly note that for international orders, taxes or duty fees may apply. The charges will be borne by the customer.

Preorder Item(s) for Local Orders:

  • Preorder item(s) are being shipped approximately 10-14 working days after order confirmation. The timeline given is solely an approximation. Cancellations of such orders are not available.
  • If your order consists of a preorder item(s), your order will only be shipped after the preorder item(s) have arrived.
  • Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate deliveries.
  • Kindly ensure that the right colour / size of the correct item(s) have been selected before proceeding to check out.
  • Kindly note that for any amendments to preorder item(s) are strictly not allowed. We sincerely seek for your understanding.

Self Collection:

  • For self collection, kindly select "Pickup" option upon checkout. Kindly leave Whatsapp number in the remark section for arrangement*. We will reach out via Whatsapp once the item is ready for collection.
